The Licensed Construction Superintendent for all Alternation permits issued or renewed on or after August 30, 2016 for projects which includes vertical or horizontal enlargement, alterations or demolitions of more the 50% of floor area, work which requires special inspections for structural stability, complete removal of one or more floors, any work requiring special inspection for underpinning of support of excavation (SOE).
