NYC DOB 8-hour Site Safety Coordinator Training
During this course, attendees will learn to identify and provide basic treatment for medical conditions such as cardiac arrest, stroke, seizures, allergic reactions, asthma, and shock. Each participant will learn how to perform CPR and how to handle both breathing and cardiac emergencies.

Course Description
The 8-HR First Aid/CPR with AED for Adults is able to provide participants with the knowledge of life-saving skills. This course is designed to meet OSHA regulations. We offer hands-on experience, guiding our students into certain scenarios that could occur in a real-life situation. Students will be able to recognize and safely respond to situations on the job site that can relate to a number of different scenarios including electrocution or heat-related illness.
By the end of this 8-hour course, students will be able to recognize and treat major bleeding, neck injuries, head injuries broken bones, cuts, and bruises. Students will also be able to feel confident using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
