Description
OHSA 30 is given by the OSHA Outreach Training Program certified instructor who will educate the students about construction safety and health. The fundamental elements are construction safety and health. Students will be able to identify hazards and how to avoid/eliminate them and information on workers’ rights.

- * The course covers the Construction Focus Four Training which is Falls, Caught-In or In-Between, Struck-By, and Electrocution.
- * What is OSHA and how it effects both workers and employers including workers’ rights
- * Hazards at the job site
- * Safety protocols and protection
Objective/Learning Outcomes
Students will have a more in-depth understanding of OSHA’s Construction Focus Four Training. In addition they will learn why OSHA is important to workers and their rights under OSHA protection. Workers will recognize hazards on the construction site, the value of using PPE, and the importance of safety protocols.
