Our Inspection and Risk Management Service List
NYC DOB Licensed Site Safety Managers
Perform safety inspections, safety assessments, safety audits. Conduct site safety orientation. Compile daily, weekly, monthly reports. Ensure compliance for the safety of site workers and the general public.
NYC DOB Licensed Concrete Safety Managers
A registered Concrete Safety Manager is required on major building construction projects that involve the placement of 2,000 cubic yards or more of concrete.
FDNY Construction Site Fire Safety Managers
Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Fire Code, and the FDNY Rules. Conduct inspection of the construction site and all fire safety measures on a daily basis, and maintains records. Ensure compliance for the safety of site workers and the general public.
Traffic Management
Managing or participating in managing a transportation or traffic program involving the operating a transport or traffic system to move passengers or commodities of an organization when there is accountability for operating costs, the operating a transportation system to provide common carrier types of services to shippers, and the procuring common or other carriers and other transportation services to move an organization’s personnel, freight, and/or other commodities.
Certified Safety Personnel
Perform at least 50% of professional level safety duties, including making worksite assessments to determine risks, assessing potential hazards and controls, evaluating risks and hazard control measures, investigating incidents, maintaining and evaluating incident and loss records, and preparing emergency response plans.
Qualified Person for Site Safety
Certified Site Safety can provide you with a Qualified Person for Site Safety (QPSS) who will routinely perform safety inspections, audits, and assessments.
Qualified Safety Inspector
Qualified Safety Inspectors are required on all projects, or upon requires of safety conscious companies looking to have 3rd party oversight of ongoing construction activities of any size. Inspectors are trained to recognize and evaluate hazards of the working environment and are able to suggest general abatement procedures.
NYC DOB Licensed Construction Superintendents
Supervise the field construction of a project and to complete the Work on schedule, within the budget and to the quality of workmanship specified.
Project / Construction Management
Responsible for construction sites 24 hours a day. Common duties of construction managers include planning, directing, and coordinating activity on construction sites, overseeing project design, hiring and supervising workers, choosing contractors, and monitoring supplies. They are also responsible for preparing budgets and estimates, reporting progress to clients, and complying with legal requirements.
HSE Professionals
Implementation of the safety program, for the safe execution of the project-specific Site Safety Plan and compliance with all local, state and federal safety, health, and environmental requirements.
Electrical Inspectors
Field inspection, pre-startup assistance, and supervision of electrical installation.
Mechanical Inspectors
Field inspection to ensure adherence of contractors to contract documents. Supervision of mechanical installation.
NYC DOB Licensed Site Safety Coordinator
Site Safety Coordinators are responsible for setting and implementing safety requirements to protect site workers and the general public. They are required for construction sites with “major buildings” and less than 15 stories.
