In New York City, Construction Superintendent Registration, as of July 1, 2008 all initial and renewal applications for New Building and Demolition permits for buildings up to and including 9 stories are required to have a registered Construction Superintendent named on the PW-2. This requirement will apply to all permits of this type starting July 5, 2008; including 1, 2 and 3 family homes and garages.
Certified Site Safety of NY LLC is a NYC Department-approved Site Safety Course Trainer.
We also employ Construction Superintendents on building Projects throughout NYC.
